汐·迹重视你的隐私。本协议说明应用如何处理定位、运动、蓝牙、轨迹记录、导出文件和购买状态等数据。
1. 隐私原则
汐·迹遵循以下原则：
- 数据属于用户。
- 记录和设置仅在本机保存，不向开发者运营的服务器收集数据。
- 不接入广告 SDK。
- 不使用数据进行跨 App 跟踪。
- 巡航只展示实时状态，不保存历史轨迹。
- 记录只在用户主动开始记录后保存数据。
- 导出文件只在用户主动操作后生成和分享。
- 加密备份仅在用户主动操作后于本机生成或解密，备份密码不会上传或保存。
2. 我们处理的数据
汐·迹可能在设备本地处理以下数据：

汐·迹不建立账号体系，不收集广告标识符，不接入广告归因 SDK，轨迹数据仅保存在本机。开发者不会在自有或运营的服务器上收集、留存或关联这些数据。
3. 权限使用
定位权限
汐·迹使用定位数据展示速度、配速、海拔、航向、飞行地图和轨迹记录。后台定位仅在你主动开启巡航或记录后使用，用于保持记录连续和后台状态更新。
蓝牙权限
蓝牙用于连接标准 BLE 心率带、心率臂带等外设。蓝牙数据主要用于心率展示、记录和导出。
运动与健身权限
运动与健身数据用于展示步数、步频、运动状态等 iPhone 内置传感器指标，并在记录中生成相关统计。
文件与分享
当你主动导出或分享文件时，汐·迹可按需生成 GPX、CSV、FIT、XLSX 等文件。导出文件可能包含精确位置和传感器数据，请谨慎分享。
当你主动创建或还原备份时，汐·迹仅在本机处理数据。密码仅用于本地加密或解密，不会被上传或保存。
Apple 系统服务
当你请求补全天气或起终点地址时，汐·迹仅为完成该次请求，将相关位置坐标发送给 Apple WeatherKit 或 Apple 反地理编码服务。应用不会将该坐标发送到开发者运营的服务器，也不会在本地记录之外留存、用于跟踪、广告或画像。Apple 将按照其自身隐私条款处理这些系统服务请求。
4. 数据保存位置
轨迹记录、传感器样本、导出记录、备份文件和设置仅保存在你的设备本地。汐·迹不会将它们上传到云端或开发者运营的服务器；上文所述 Apple 系统服务请求仅在相关功能需要响应你的操作时发起。
如果你通过系统分享面板、文件 App、AirDrop、邮件、云盘或其它第三方 App 分享导出文件，后续处理将受对应第三方服务的规则和隐私政策约束。
5. 数据使用目的
汐·迹使用数据用于：
- 展示实时仪表和地图状态。
- 保存你主动开始的记录。
- 生成历史详情、统计和路线回放。
- 生成你主动请求的导出文件。
- 恢复和判断 Pro 权益。
- 改善本地功能体验和权限提示。
汐·迹不会将你的定位轨迹用于广告定向或跨 App 跟踪。
6. 数据共享
汐·迹不会向开发者服务器上传你的轨迹记录，也不会向广告网络出售个人数据。
以下情况可能发生数据离开设备：
- 你主动导出、分享或备份文件。
- Apple App Store / StoreKit 处理购买、恢复购买、退款和收据相关流程。
- 当你请求补全天气或地址时，Apple WeatherKit 或 Apple 反地理编码服务处理相应的位置坐标。
- iOS 系统、iCloud、第三方云盘或分享目标根据你的操作处理文件。
7. 数据保留与删除
本地轨迹记录和导出记录会保留在你的设备上，直到你在 App 内删除、卸载 App、清除设备数据，或通过系统工具移除相关文件。
你可以通过 App 内的数据管理入口删除本地记录。删除前请确认是否已经备份需要保留的数据；删除后无法恢复。
8. 儿童隐私
汐·迹面向一般用户提供 GPS 与传感器工具能力，不主动面向儿童收集个人信息。未成年人应在监护人同意和指导下使用本应用，尤其是在涉及定位、运动、外出和数据分享时。
9. 安全措施
汐·迹采用仅本地存储的数据处理方式。请你同时注意设备锁屏密码、系统权限、文件分享对象和第三方云同步设置，以保护导出文件和本地记录。
任何数据存储和传输方式都无法保证绝对安全。请不要在不可信环境中分享包含敏感位置的导出文件。
10. 跨境处理
汐·迹仅在本机保存轨迹数据。若你通过第三方服务分享或备份文件，数据可能按照该服务的机制被传输到你所在地区以外。请在使用第三方服务前查看其隐私政策。
11. 协议更新
开发者可能因功能调整、法律要求、App Store 政策或隐私实践变化更新本协议。更新后会在文档、App 内或 App Store 页面中体现新的版本日期。

Xi·Track respects your privacy. This Policy explains how the app handles location, motion, Bluetooth, track records, exported files, and purchase status.
1. Privacy Principles
Xi·Track follows these principles:
- Your data belongs to you.
- Local storage for your records and settings; no developer-operated server collection.
- No advertising SDKs.
- No cross-app tracking.
- Cruise shows live status only and does not save historical tracks.
- Recording saves data only after you actively start recording.
- Exported files are created and shared only when you choose to do so.
- Encrypted backups are created or decrypted locally only when you choose to do so; backup passwords are neither uploaded nor retained.
2. Data We Process
Xi·Track may process the following data locally on your device:

Xi·Track does not create an account system, does not collect advertising identifiers, does not include advertising attribution SDKs, and stores track data only on your device. We do not collect, retain, or link this data on developer-operated servers.
3. Permissions
Location
Xi·Track uses location data to show speed, pace, altitude, heading, flight maps, and track recording. Background location is used only after you start Cruise or Recording, to keep recordings continuous and update background status.
Bluetooth
Bluetooth is used to connect standard BLE heart-rate straps, armbands, and related accessories. Bluetooth data is mainly used for heart-rate display, recording, and export.
Motion & Fitness
Motion & Fitness data is used to show iPhone sensor metrics such as steps, cadence, and movement status, and to generate related recording statistics.
Files and Sharing
When you choose to export or share files, Xi·Track can generate GPX, CSV, FIT, XLSX, and similar files on demand. Exported files may contain precise location and sensor data. Please share them carefully.
When you choose to create or restore a backup, Xi·Track processes data only on your device. Backup passwords are used only for local encryption or decryption and are never uploaded or stored.
Apple System Services
When you request weather completion or route-address completion, Xi·Track sends the relevant location coordinate to Apple WeatherKit or Apple’s reverse-geocoding service only to service that request. The app does not send the coordinate to a developer-operated server, does not retain it outside your local record, and does not use it for tracking, advertising, or profiling. Apple processes these requests under its own privacy terms.
4. Where Data Is Stored
Track records, sensor samples, export records, backup archives, and settings are stored only on your device. Xi·Track does not upload them to cloud services or developer-operated servers. The limited Apple System Services requests described above are made only when the related feature needs to service your request.
If you share exported files through the system share sheet, Files app, AirDrop, email, cloud drives, or third-party apps, further processing is governed by those third-party services’ terms and privacy policies.
5. How We Use Data
Xi·Track uses data to:
- Display live dashboards and map status.
- Save recordings that you actively start.
- Generate history details, statistics, and route replay.
- Create exported files that you request.
- Restore and determine Pro entitlements.
- Improve local feature behavior and permission prompts.
Xi·Track does not use your location tracks for advertising targeting or cross-app tracking.
6. Data Sharing
Xi·Track does not upload your track records to developer servers and does not sell personal data to advertising networks.
Data may leave your device in these situations:
- You export, share, or back up files.
- Apple App Store / StoreKit processes purchases, purchase restoration, refunds, or receipt-related flows.
- Apple WeatherKit or Apple’s reverse-geocoding service processes a coordinate when you request weather or route-address completion.
- iOS, iCloud, third-party cloud drives, or share targets process files based on your actions.
7. Retention and Deletion
Local track records and export records remain on your device until you delete them in the app, uninstall the app, erase device data, or remove related files through system tools.
You can delete local records through the in-app data management area. Please confirm whether you need to back up data before deletion, because deleted data cannot be recovered.
8. Children’s Privacy
Xi·Track is a GPS and sensor tool for general users and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Minors should use the app with consent and guidance from a parent or guardian, especially when location, outdoor activity, and data sharing are involved.
9. Security
Xi·Track uses a local-only storage approach. You should also protect exported files and local records by using device passcodes, reviewing system permissions, choosing trusted share recipients, and managing third-party cloud sync settings.
No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure. Do not share exported files containing sensitive locations in untrusted environments.
10. International Transfers
Xi·Track stores track data only on your device. If you share or back up files through third-party services, data may be transferred outside your region according to those services’ mechanisms. Please review their privacy policies before use.
11. Updates
The developer may update this Policy because of feature changes, legal requirements, App Store policies, or privacy practice changes. Updated versions may show a new date in documentation, the app, or the App Store page.
